Angsana Cayo Santa Maria, Ideal place for calm and relaxation I stayed at Angsana Cayo Santa Mariadue February , I was looking for a quiet place and was served. I stayed in Cabana 2 and it was wonderful. Direct next to the sea. No problem with the room except a lack of hot water the first night but everything was resolved quickly and I, in compensation, asked for a late check out at no charge for my last day. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Like most resorts there are some crazy customers who get up before the sun and reserve seats at the beach / pool but it's like that almost everywhere so I planned the shot because I wanted to relax. I bring a portable travel umbrella and bingo! I arrived at the beach when I wanted and settled where I wanted. You also need to know what you are looking for by going there. Me it was quiet, calm I needed the sea and sleep, relax, enjoy the moment so this place is perfect for me. The site is beautiful, the food ?. Ben it is Cuba must stop having hallucinating expectations. Must also consider what is in season and out of season. I love mangos and there was almost none because not in season. If I went in April I would have but it does not matter. Everything is OK! If you want good food and especially variety then go to Mexico or elsewhere simply. Special mention at Snack Bar open 24hrs where there are swimming pools. The shrimp pizza yum! And the à la carte lunches are very respectable. The cafes (cappucinno wow) at the lobby bar are the best! In short, if you want action, continuous entertainement, noise and that moves so I recommend another place. But, if you need to decompress and just relax go there! I will definitely go back!

Love at first sight, Angsana Cayo Santa Maria ! I must begin by saying that I am on my 6th stay in Cuba and have worked in the hospitality industry in Canada for more than 10 years. I have never had the chance to live a satisfying stay. Food: For our part, we only stayed one night so we tried breakfast and dinner at the buffet. The buffet was very impressive. From the variety of food I have never seen in Cuba and the taste exceeds what I have eaten in other parts of the world. For dessert, they have a specialized chef so you can be sure to please your taste buds. We also tasted many choices at the Bistro. You MUST taste the breaded shrimp. In the other resorts, at the pool bistro there are usually 4 to 5 choices. For their part, in Angsana, they have several pages of menu and EVERYTHING is delicious. Club sandwiches, chicken fingers, lasagna, fries, and à la carte breakfast. Atmosphere: This is not a place where you will party until the wee hours of the morning. But they have artists who come to entertain us at night with good music. For our part, the party raised with a dozen people at the bar, long live the bar staff who knew how to make us dance and sing !! It's a quiet and relaxing place ... no kids on the resort ... 18 years old and over. Beach. Wonderful. Two beaches are accessible: the shared beach with the Dawha or there are deck chairs and catamaran rental and a small secret private beach ... but I do not tell you or ... it seems that it's a secret ;) Staff: COUR DE CUP !!!!! everyone is friendly and welcoming. The hotel managers took care to come and talk to us, I know they worked very hard to have human employees and close to people, it was important for them. Each one has been carefully selected to provide exceptional customer service and that seems to be the case. A hello to my friend Tayluma who made me discover this corner of paradise. And to our new friends, Nally at the bar and the animation supervisor and her wonderful girlfriend. You are all great people, thank you for your time, your attention and your kindness. Eric and I can not wait to see you again. Spa: You must book a massage, I received a massage that gave me my relaxation before my 4 children. Memorable. The exercise room is at the cutting edge of technology. Resort and rooms: Clean and wonderful !!! When entering the rooms, the lights and air conditioning come on with a motion detector. Even the outside path on the resort lights up during our stay (again with motion detection). The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Everything is done to satisfy the pleasure of the eyes on the spot. In short I received a welcome in gold (incomparable), everyone is friendly and warm, we eat like royalty and we are comfortably accommodated. For our part, we are already looking for our next vacation to this place since our return.

A thank you to all employees, but in particular to these: Travel from December 28, 2018 to January 4, 2019 In my review of yesterday's Angsana Cayo Santa Maria, I forgot to mention a few employees who stood out in an extraordinary way. They are all wonderful but some of them have marked us. Eric at the lobby bar. What joy and service. Always smiling and welcoming, a bit too teasing Hahaha Richard at the lobby bar. A boy's love. Polite, smiling, helping and always ready to give 100%. He made us our drinks without being asked. Pucurul Lobby bar - greeted us everywhere on the resort, smiling at all times, funny and welcoming. Luis at the lobby bar - so nice. He helped me get out of it one night or I did not make a lemon drink. He had guessed that I would not feel. A charming and helpful man. Lewis Aynel. Duniesky The gentleman at the towels: Always smile, little flower and sweets with excellent service. Sucel at the buffet - What a bomb of joy. Smiling, happy, helping. A silk. José at the pool snack. - The evening of our arrival, he immediately understood that our spouses loved Buccanero in a can and without asking he brought them. He made excellent drink. Alibey buffet - Young very kind and helpful. Discreet Lliana at the snack pool - WOW. Perfect service. Smiling. She guessed our least desires. Judy the lovely waitress at the poolside snack and another young lady whose name I do not remember. A woman of color. Very nice and smiling. In 19 trips to Cuba, I really had to leave them. All employees are extras. Angsana .... It is located in Cayo Las Brujas, it shares the same beach as the Dhawa. Both hotels are at each end and no other hotel. (Playa La Manteca) 1.2 km roundtrip. 90 minutes from the airport. Home: It's midnight when we arrive and very welcome. Our rooms are in the main building and our suitcases arrive quickly with a smile. Site: Very beautiful, zen, beautiful vegetation for a new hotel. Not too big, made in length. Main building in the center, cabanas on each side. Very well maintained. The lobby is beautiful as is the lobby bar. Beach: Two swimmable beaches including one shared with the Dhawa and another at the end of the complex. Bar on each beach, chair service. Two others very small and wild. Pools: Two central pools at the main building. Very beautiful, chairs in large quantities and palapas sufficient. Chairs service. (Bar). We even bring a cushion for the head. Restaurants: Two à la carte, reservations required. Fish and Asian. The food was varied and good. The service good but in running. Just be aware of it and notify your customers. Snack at the pool between one of the pools and the sea. Very nice. Very varied and excellent food. We even had supper one night. With the lighting of the pool it's a nice atmosphere. Pasta, pizzas, shrimp, fish, chicken, poutine, sandwiches and salads. Ranchon near the beach. Mini buffet and grilled meat outside. Chicken, pork, steak and fish. It was sometimes closed due to the occupancy rate. The buffet area is well laid out, some outside tables. Good food. Limited at the diversity level but normal given the occupancy rate. We missed nothing. Bars: One at the poolside snack bar, one in the lobby, two on the beaches and a Jazz bar. The drinks are good. Nice variety and possibility of drinking beer in a can. Missing a menu of drinks ... may be coming. Rooms: The rooms are located in the main block either sea view, partial or garden. 3-storey section and one to 4. The cabanas in the blocks on each side. Bigger. Suite possibilities. Beautiful, well maintained each day, very comfortable mattresses. Small problem of demagnetization cards. To improve. Mini bar stocked daily. Juice, beer, water and soft drinks. Beautiful bathroom. Sufficient storage. Security box. Service: Extraordinary. Each employee offers you the best of himself. Nothing to say. 10/10. Nice gym. Tennis court, soccer. Water activities available in Dhawa. Accessible to both hotels. Snorkeling directly in front of the beach. We saw a lot of things. Very well. Toilets everywhere on the site and near the beach. We do not run after nowhere. Very shy day animation. A little music at the beach but nothing aggressive. In the evening, band in the lobby. No other party for now. Hotel adults only. As the Angsana hotel slowly opens, just be aware that it's progressing. I wish they offer at least one other a la carte restaurant.

Tranquility and good service !! We went to Angsana Cayo Santa Maria, from January 1st to 8th and it was all a nice week. The hotel was not full capacity and the beach restaurant was not open. On the other hand the place is very quiet, beautiful construction. The super comfortable rooms, from the mattress to the shower ... The main beach is worthy of the most beautiful Cuban beaches and its bar service is excellent. In the lobby we were charmed by Alian Topes who is an excellent ambassador of Cuban culture and pride as well as his colleagues who made our stay enjoyable. The atmosphere in the lobby bar is warm with its piano bar and the many musicians who perform in the evening. We went to the 2 restaurants available and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and presentation of the many choices on the menu. The service and staff were dedicated and attentive to the needs of the guests. The snack bar open 24 hours had a good menu served with a smile. Thanks to Elliana, Maité and Chino for their very good service. I would recommend Angsana Cayo Santa Maria to anyone looking for tranquility. Martin from Quebec

Angsana Cayo Santa Maria , Paradise on Earth ! . We stayed here from 16th to 23rd January and it was one of our best trips to Cuba and it's our 15th in this country! The hotel is one of the nicest and newest in Cayo Santa Maria! Opening late October 2018. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet, so if you want to brew it is not the right place. The hotel is adult only and has 250 rooms, so we are not many in this little paradise. Our arrival was very good, first we were the first to get off the bus and secondly as the hotel is small we were only a few people at a time, wow! It's quick. Warm welcome, free internet full time and very fast even to our room (which is extremely rare in Cuba). We were in block 4 near the Lobby, remember that if you need wifi.Ca works per session of 6 hours each renewable without limits. For the conversion of your money, it is directly to the reception without passport and if necessary, wow! Our room was very nice, modern and very well air conditioned, well done! What about the staff, warm, smiling, hardworking, generous! Special mention to Lidsag, Louis, Edouardo, Aylene, the fantastic Pocurull and the wonderful Nally at the lobby bar. What joy and very professional service. Always smiling, welcoming and accommodating, bravo! Special mention also to our maid Arletys who wrote us beautiful messages and cleaned the room throughout the trip. For the buffet and restaurants, this is Cuba, but we find it is much better than other hotels !! But what about the service thanks to Samuel, Alain and Yagnara and cooking with Santiago, Yamila and Daislany. Also for Dayani on the internet, Neydis booking restaurants, Maili and susel at the snack bar and finally Gypsy, Carmen, Peter, Louisy, Dairon has the home. Wow! Wow! Wow! The beach is very wide, but small (½ km) and shared with another hotel on the Dhawa. Both hotels are at each end and no other hotel. (Playa La Manteca). Pools: Two central pools at the main building. Very beautiful, chairs in large quantities and palapas sufficient. Chairs service. (Bar). We even bring a cushion for the head. We really liked it, so much that we expect to come back soon.

Angsana Cayo Santa Maria , nous avons créé le nôtre et en avons apprécié chaque minute. Nos vacances étaient du 21 au 28 février 2019. Tous ensemble nous étions un groupe de 8, avec des dates différentes. Je vais garder ça très simple. Nous sommes d'Ontario Canada âgés de 45 ans et plus. Au début, nous étions deux à réserver pour ce voyage. Courir pour vendre ce jour-là. Après avoir dit quelques amis, qui ont dit quelques amis et un autre quelques amis et en montrant les photos et les critiques de ce magnifique complexe. Nous sommes allés de 2 à 8 personnes! En un jour! Avec un préavis d'environ un mois. Lol Chacun de nous a passé un moment incroyable! Et nous avons tous dit que nous avions hâte de revenir, du début du rite au dernier jour, en demandant l'annulation de notre vol et une autre nuit! Nous avons eu quelques glissades, MINEUR. Comparable à la commande d'un double double Timmies et l'obtention d'un régulier, ok. La journée continue ... :) En tant que groupe, nous avons trouvé beaucoup à faire. Je suis un lève-tôt ... généralement 4h du matin (peu importe l'heure à laquelle je me couche) Chaque jour, je nous trouvais un nouveau logement que je nommais "place de stationnement", pour essayer ce bout du complexe, explorer tout ce qu'il fallait offre. Nous ne nous sommes jamais garés au même endroit à deux reprises, monopolisant la zone des autres. Les expériences étaient super. Nous avons mangé dans différents endroits à des moments différents et avons apprécié chacun d'entre eux. Bien sûr, il y avait des choses que nous avons faites ou que nous n'avons pas aimées. Meh Nous sommes allés pour l'expérience complète, et roulé avec elle. J'ai entendu de nombreuses personnes qui étaient d'accord avec nous, cet hôtel propose un choix de plats très impressionnant. En tant que lève-tôt, j’ai pris des photos et exploré la simplicité de la beauté dans ce complexe. J'ai posté près de 200 photos sur mon fb. Voilà à quel point nous nous sommes amusés et combien de belles vues nous avions. Si vous voulez plus d’informations, il existe un groupe sur Facebook..J'ai eu de nombreux contacts me demandant plus de détails, et c’est avec plaisir que je recommande Angsana et mon expérience à tous ceux qui veulent l’écouter. Je donne à ce complexe, à ses services et à sa culture, toute l'équipe de professionnels professionnels 5 étoiles pour leur éthique de travail et leur dévouement au service à la clientèle. S'il vous plaît, comprenez, en tant que groupe de 8 ... nous avons eu toutes les occasions de nous asseoir et de nous saisir les uns les autres, mais cela ne s'est pas produit. Nous savions que nous allions à Cuba ... à quoi s'attendre, et chacun de nous était plus qu'impressionnant !! Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. Altamente raccomandato ! Questa era la nostra seconda visita ad Angsana Cayo Santa Maria e non ci ha deluso. Abbiamo viaggiato come 2 coppie, 45+ per 2 settimane, 9-23 febbraio, alloggiato in Cabana # 3 secondo piano, con vista sull'oceano. Ci sentiamo onorati e benedetti, di soggiornare in un resort così bello e condividere la compagnia di alcune delle persone più straordinarie che abbiamo mai incontrato. La gestione e il servizio clienti è il migliore in assoluto, prendendo sempre il tempo per parlare, ascoltare e andare oltre per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più sorprendente possibile. Un grande grazie a Nersy, Neydis, Yurquemy, Jose Luis e Luis Manuel, vi adoro, continuate così. Il Check in è stato velocissimo, la nostra camera era perfetta con viste fantastiche. Letto king size era super confortevole con ventilatore a soffitto in testa, vasca con vista sull'oceano, doppi lavandini, enorme cabina doccia con soffione a pioggia, grande armadio con un sacco di appendiabiti, 2 accappatoi e pantofole, ferro e asse da stiro, cassaforte digitale, ombrelli, caffettiera e TV. La pressione dell'acqua era favolosa, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con l'acqua calda, l'aria condizionata funzionava di prim'ordine e anche la cassaforte digitale. Non ci sono stati problemi con le spine, siamo stati in grado di collegare telefoni, GoPro, Fitbit, piastra per capelli e spazzolino da denti. La nostra cameriera, wow, tutto quello che posso dire ... lui è stato il migliore che abbiamo mai avuto, la nostra camera era immacolata ogni giorno e ci ha sempre dedicato del tempo per sorprenderci con un po 'di arte creativa, grande grido e grazie a Luis. Grazie Victor e Lazaro per il rifornimento di frigo. La spiaggia e l'oceano, stupendo con un buon equilibrio di sabbia bianca in polvere e zone rocciose per lo snorkeling. C'è un'abbondanza di pesci tropicali da vedere, razze, stelle marine, granchi, barracuda, aragoste e la lista continua. Chino, il bagnino, è un nuotatore fantastico e sempre pronto a portarti fuori lo snorkeling. Il personale di entrambe le spiagge è di prima classe, la lista include il gestore del bar, i baristi, i server, i bagnini e i ragazzi che portano le vostre sedie da spiaggia ... .hout out, Luis Alberto, Miguel, Peppy, Javier, Sucel, Chino, Felix e Luis. Il grill sulla spiaggia serve il pranzo tutti i giorni dalle 13:00 e ospita il pesce alla carta di notte. La griglia della spiaggia ha un piccolo buffet, la griglia esterna fa una varietà di carni e di solito ci sono un paio di opzioni "su ordinazione" ogni giorno. La nostra sincera gratitudine ai nostri server speciali, Dunia, Ailene, Daily e Yatnara. Snack Bar con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, ha un ampio menù che serve colazione, pranzo e cena ed è aperto 24 ore. Lobby Bar e Jazz bar, cosa posso dire ... il miglior caffè, cappuccino, pina colada, caffè freddo e la lista potrebbe continuare. Tutto fatto e consegnato dai migliori baristi e server Cubas, Pocurull, Vivian, Yenier, Luis Orlando e Nallivis. Non dimentichiamo il nostro DJ Aynel che ci ha intrattenuti. I giardini sono magnificamente mantenuti dal più dolce giardiniere Jose Luis. Angsana offre cambio valuta presso la reception, spa / salone, palestra, campi da tennis, piccolo negozio. Visita Carlos accanto allo snack bar per scambiare gli asciugamani, prendere in prestito racchette da tennis / palle, libri, pinne, maschera da snorkeling e giochi. Per riassumere tutto, le nostre due settimane ad Angsana sono state perfette, grazie alla direzione e allo staff, la nostra estesa famiglia cubana, siamo già prenotati per tornare tra qualche settimana. Consiglierei questo resort? ASSOLUTAMENTE!! Ne ho già avuto molte volte, i nostri amici a dicembre lo hanno amato, gli amici che hanno viaggiato con noi. Febbraio è stato magnifico, ho un amico lì in questo momento, amando ogni minuto e un altro amico che se ne va sabato.

Belle Boutique Resort , Angsana Cayo Santa Maria . . . . . . Voici quelques-uns de ces merveilleux employés: casse-croûte Maite, Vivian, Nalli, Lisel, Pokurul, personnel du bar, service à la clientèle Navllivis, serviette, jardiniers, jardinier, homme de la piscine, bar de la plage, A la carte et buffet, omelette mec !! ...... tous les membres du personnel que nous avons rencontrés étaient géniaux et sympathiques, et très serviables, nous ne nous souvenons jamais de noms ...... Le personnel à Cuba est toujours sympathique, mais ces gars-là étaient exceptionnels .... ... Le complexe est magnifique, propre, les chambres sont très belles et spacieuses ... La nourriture est correcte, pourrait être remplacée par un autre à la carte, à notre avis, asiatique était très agréable, n'essayez pas de fruits de mer, si vous aimez la viande le barbecue au restaurant en bord de mer était excellent, à l'heure du déjeuner, et bien sûr Maite au snack-bar était là avec son sourire 24 heures sur 24, le gars de la station d'omelette était génial au petit déjeuner, pas de file d'attente Le service à la plage et les piscines étaient géniaux ... il y a 2 plages, l'une est votre plage typique de Cuba mais un peu rocheuse par endroits, du sable toujours blanc et de l'eau turquoise, l'autre crique, très calme Il y a beaucoup de vie marine et de pêche à faire là-bas, pas de problèmes de chaises longues, beaucoup autour de la piscine et de la plage, mais si vous avez besoin d'ombre, vous devez être là tôt, comme partout où nous allons ...... Les chambres sont super et propre pas de problèmes, nous avons eu des serviettes propres tous les jours de la serviette gars sympa ...... Il y avait des animations dans le hall le soir jusqu'à 22 heures après ce qui et, quelques nuits, une petite discothèque au jazz bar ...... Le temps était fabuleux ...... Merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel Angsana Cayo Santa Maria , nous avons passé des semaines merveilleuses! ! ! ! !

Angsana Cayo Santa Maria, endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes. . . .. Nous avons choisi le Angsana Cayo Santa Maria pour plusieurs raisons: pas d'enfants, super prix mais quand les critiques négatives ont commencé à apparaître, je me suis inquiété. L'inquiétude était inutile. Le complexe est exactement ce que nous voulions. Si vous recherchez un petit complexe tranquille avec un personnel formidable et une bonne cuisine, selon les standards cubains, réservez alors l’Angsana Cayo Santa Maria. Si vous voulez un lieu de fête ou êtes célibataire et que vous voulez rencontrer d'autres célibataires, cherchez ailleurs. Quelques faits saillants: - la piscine est fantastique. Apportez quelque chose à flotter - la plage juste à côté du hall d’entrée est rocheuse, mais une fois que vous y entrez, c’est le meilleur endroit. Les autres plages sont très bien aussi, mais cela dépend de ce que vous voulez faire - Le restaurant asiatique était super et nous avons aimé le snack bar aussi. Le buffet était meilleur que les autres endroits où nous avons été - lit était si confortable! - la bibliothèque a beaucoup de livres! Ne vous inquiétez pas d’apporter trop de vos propres - super musique live dans le hall presque tous les soirs - Si vous voulez un gâteau pour une occasion spéciale, commandez-le la veille. Mon père en a un pour son anniversaire et ils nous ont apporté du vin à porter un toast avec Quelques conseils: - apportez un insectifuge si vous êtes habituellement mordu - nous sommes allés sur la place et ça ne valait pas la peine - Nous retournerions à Angsana Cayo Santa Maria.

Angsana Cayo Santa Maria, l'incroyable ...... Juste un rapide commentaire. Notre visite était février. L'enregistrement a été rapide et le personnel de la réception était très sympathique. Notre chambre était incroyable tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour poser simplement votre tête. J'ai adoré le fait que notre chambre avait une douche de plain pied plutôt qu'une baignoire. Les cuves de villégiature cubaines sont très hautes et peuvent causer des dommages au corps humain si elles contiennent trop de tequila ou de rhum environ..lol. Tout fonctionnait bien dans la chambre. Réfrigérateur approvisionné et sûr travaillé. Aucun problème ici. La disposition de la station est petite et simple. Lobby, piscine, plage. Ils n'ont pas un swin up mais ne l'ont pas remarqué parce que le service de majordome au bord de la piscine battait son plein. Le personnel de la réception était incroyable et très sympathique. Les plages sont super. J'ai adoré le fait qu'il y avait plusieurs zones à explorer. À gauche, grande plage de sable partagée avec l'hôtel Dhwara. Beaucoup de plongée en apnée là aussi. Le milieu en face de l'hôtel est constitué de corail et de sable. Incroyable à explorer à pied et en solo, à regarder les pélicans voler et plonger pour pêcher. Le côté droit sont 2 petits espaces privés de plage de sable fin et de la vie marine. Il y a une baraque de service et un personnel formidable qui se démène pour vous servir. Cette zone est un must pour la plongée en apnée. Le snack bar et à la carte Buffett étaient tous de qualité supérieure. Bien que le consensus indique que les fruits de mer pourraient avoir besoin d'une révision, je suis d'accord. C'était ok mais pas génial. Ils avaient une sorte de sauce mayo sur le cocktail de crevettes, il fallait s'en débarrasser, peut-être la mettre de côté. N'a pas vu beaucoup de type de fruits de mer sur le menu. Ce que nous avons apprécié du repas était la dernière partie de notre plat principal. C'était du poisson pané farci de fromage et de jambon. C'était un délice. Nous sommes ici pour profiter et nous détendre de notre vie quotidienne occupée. La peinture écaillée, la poussière de lapin ou des morceaux de saleté ou des insectes ne vont pas gâcher le voyage. Si vous regardez ces choses et les disséquer, alors quelque chose ne va pas avec vous. Je me demande à quoi ressemble votre place? Si vous vous en plaignez, ces personnes ne devraient pas voyager. Que vous alliez au Mexique, aux îles Turques et Caïques ou dans d'autres lieux de villégiature haut de gamme, ils ont tous de petits problèmes. Juste parce que vous payez plus, cela signifie que c'est mieux. Ne pas transpirer les petites choses. Globalement, nous avons adoré cet hôtel. Les adultes seulement était un régal pour nous. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé à Cuba et Angsana était de loin notre préféré. Nous étions détendus et voulions rester au-delà de nos 7 jours. Cela nous a vraiment donné envie de rester plus longtemps. Je n'avais jamais ressenti cela lors de nos voyages auparavant. Donc nous avons tellement aimé que nous réservons Revenir en octobre. Salut à tous

Exceptional honeymoon....... Hôtel Angsana Cayo Santa Maria, que puis-je dire? C'est un hôtel divin avec une architecture très moderne, mon mari l'a choisi pour notre lune de miel, les commentaires que nous avions lus étaient très bons, je voulais quelque chose de plus près mais la vérité sur le choix de cet hôtel n'était pied dans le hall tout le personnel est très attentif à commencer par Nersy the cra. J'ai eu la meilleure opinion sur les relations publiques et rendu notre lune de miel chaque jour unique, TOUT le personnel de cet hôtel est excellent, le bar souligne l'attention de Luis, au buffet la gentillesse de Miguel, le vrai si Je connaissais le nom mentionné car ils étaient tous très attentifs et gentils avec nous, la chambre que nous touchons avec vue sur la mer, je le recommande, magnifique, félicitations à tout le personnel qui travaille dans cet hôtel et merci de nous avoir fait sentir si bien à mon mari et moi comme à la maison, je recommande cet hôtel à 120% et je suis sûr que nous le répéterons en 2019.

930/5000 Ses chambres sont très agréables et modernes, pour les familles ou de nombreux amis se trouvent les chambres adjacentes, sa plage est très agréable, ses vagues transparentes et calmes, son personnel serviable, amical et très simple .. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très confortable et la nourriture exquise, je me suis senti à la maison, menu très varié. Votre spa est très beau et moderne. Quelque chose que j'ai aimé que tout soit inclus jusqu'à l'amusement, ils veulent jouer ou apprendre le tennis, il n'est pas nécessaire d'apporter votre équipement, ils sont prêtés, super vérité. Ils veulent voir le poisson, leur prêtent le spectacle, les palmes et le tuba ... Et beaucoup plus. 100% recommandable. Une expérience que j’ai eue après avoir mangé m’a semblé être un cappuccino dans ce restaurant. Ils ne l’avaient pas et très gentille. J'ai eu la chance de rencontrer le directeur et lui très simple, ainsi que son personnel qui l'accompagnait.

Try something new! Angsana Cayo Santa Maria !!! We were a group of 6 travelling together. 40s, early 50s and a 20 year old. 3 in our Party had been previous fans of the Valentin Perla Blanca. Our last stay there was a huge decline from previous so we decided to try something new. We are so glad we did! Angsana is intimate, fresh, clean, beautiful with amazing service. We had the easisest check in we have ever had. After a long travel day from Vancouver we were ready to check out our home for the week. The resort is beautiful. There is a great ares front and center between the pools that over looks the ocean. They do a special lobster dinner there a few times a week. There are rocks along the shore there, but easy to navigate, and once in the ocean it's one of the best spot to swim. It's a great spot to hang out if you like the Ocean, but donn't want to sit in the sand. Close to the snack bar, and not far from the washrooms. to the left, is the big beach. They have a long connected palapa that offers shade to about 120 guests. There is music and a each bar and beach grill. Service for drinks to your loungers as well. to the Right of the center of the resort, across from the massage aream thru the shrubs is a little beach cove. No chairs. Just an amazing spot to drop your towel and snorkle out to the little stick. It is marking the big brain coral in the water. Here that water is calm, not too deep with many many fish. Make sure you explore. There is another natural beach with down by Cabana 11. again no chairs, just a wonderful spot to swim and beach comb. Down by Cabana 12 is the queit beach. Shade for about 40 with plenty of loungers & a beach bar and awesome service. Here is a great place to watch the pelicans dive for fish, beach comb, wade out for miles in waist deep, to ankle deep water . Make sure to spend at least an afternoon here. The pools are lovely and clean. The new loungers are comfy. There is n swim up bar but you don't miss it! Nalli and Sucerl look after everyone with a smile on their face. Make sure to bring a reusable cup to keep those drinks cold. We enjoyed the day time entertainment. Mohito making contest, Micheal Jackson show all enjoyed while we were in the pool. No loud banging music, but a lot of good fun as well as quiet time to relax. We had no issues with getting shade at either the pool or the beaches. The lobby probably needed to be desined bigger but we always got a seat. We did not find any issue with people smoking in non smoking areas at all. the staff at the lobby bar are the stars of this resort. I previously knew Pokurl, and Edwardo from VPB.. It's great to see them here. Everyone is so hard working and friendly. Drinks are top shelf, serving Absolut and Ciroc Vodka, 15 different Gins, lots of Scotch and of course several Havana rums. Food was good, the selection and size of bufett was appropriate for the resort size. Hot food was hot and I was very impressed with how cold the cold food was. The cook stations were great both for morning and evening. GREAT JOB Reinier in the buffett! ~ another favourite from VPB :) We only went to the asian ala cart. We did have an issue there with service that we adressed with the manaher Louis. It wasn''t a big deal and did not marr our vacation. Our room was a partial Ocean view and we were very pleased with it. We had rooms 0736,0728, 0647 ( stunning views in this room! double beds in 0647) Rooms were spacious, clean, bright. Showers were great and beds were comfy. We were well looked after by the gentlemen stocking our fridge. No issues what so ever with extra water, or beer or pop. Some of the ladies went to the market one morning, and when they came back Nalli was there greeting them, offering to get them a drink right away. They hadn't even made it to their room to change. When they got back, drinks were waiting. I have never seen such amazing service. My husband enjoyed the rum tasting event at the Jazz bar one evening. We also really enjoyed the pool aquatic show and listening to Roberto play his electric guitar. I think we will all remember seeing Sucel dancing with one of the guests to Rock around the clock! So much fun! The resort was clean, no issues with dirty bathrooms or common areas. I think they could use some extra garbage cans around the pool so people would be more likely to clean up after them selves. I was teary eyed leaving Angsana after such a lovely week. Thank you to Pokural, Edwardo, Nalli, Sucerl, Eric and the rest of the team here at Angsana! Keep up the good work Luis! We will be back next year for sure!! XOXOX

Abir y sucell (chiringuito tranquilo). ..y todos aquellos que me sirvieron con tanta cortesía o .... restaurante a la carta, buffet, bar, tienda, recepción ... portero ... para el momento de WIFI ... ellos que hicieron mi estadía en el hotel, un viaje inolvidable y muy agradable ... MERC y GRACIAS a todos los que trabajan en este hotel ... sonrientes, amables, serviciales, generosos, trabajadores, un pueblo tan acogedor, agradecido, tan hermoso. ..... I LOVE CUBA .... Recomiendo este hotel para los amantes de Cuba. Por mi parte un excelente 10/10 ....

Hola, aquí estamos de vuelta de Angsana (Cayo Santa Maria). Nos recibieron como reyes, especialmente a Nersey y Yailet. Muy bonito hotel nuevo. Muy bonita habitación y nuestra ama de llaves Louis estaba muy limpia, como rara vez he visto en un hotel (después de 18 viajes a Cuba) La habitación, la escalera, el rellano, todo brillaba. Que caballeroso. Los restaurantes a la carta, una verdadera delicia. El buffet bueno también. No nos perdimos nada. El personal en todo el sitio sin excepción fue increíble. GRACIAS ANGSANA

De regreso de nuestro segundo viaje a Cayo Santa María, con la primera estadía a la misma hora del año pasado en el Royalton. Disfrutamos de este nuevo y pequeño hotel donde el personal hace todo, pero realmente todo para complacernos. A nuestra llegada, nos saludó Yipsys, quien nos contactó regularmente para solicitar información sobre nuestras necesidades. Ya sea para una botella de agua, una toalla de playa, restaurantes a la carta, el "check out tardío", ella siempre terminó nuestras conversaciones con las palabras "a su servicio". ¡Qué embajador! Nos alojamos en una "cabaña", más específicamente en una suite junior con vistas al mar. Cabaña número 3, perfectamente ubicada entre el acceso a la playa y los edificios principales. La habitación era perfecta. Aire acondicionado silencioso y altamente eficiente y ventilador de techo. No hay problema de suministro de agua caliente. Relajante ducha de lluvia después de un largo día de sol. Mantenimiento impecable! Pedimos un cambio de sábanas en la mitad de nuestra estancia de 8 noches, así como nuevas toallas de playa, sin problemas! Tuvimos todos nuestros almuerzos a la carta afuera en el 'snack' con vista al agua. Super capuchinos! Servido impecablemente por Maité, Iliana, Yagnely, Yurisleudy e Iavier. Nuestras cenas se compartieron entre la cafetería y el restaurante cerca de la playa, que por la noche es el restaurante de mariscos a la carta. ¡Nos gusta llevar nuestras comidas al aire libre con la buena brisa marina! Excelentes pizzas preparadas en la merienda de Victor. En el restaurante: platos de camarones o pescado o ternera, cerdo, cordero, salchichas cocinadas a la parrilla. Mención especial a Jagnara !!! ¡Que servicio! Es gente como ella la que nos hace querer volver. Cena entre buffet y restaurantes a la carta o marisco. Siempre hemos encontrado algunas cosas a nuestro gusto! Los críticos recurrentes de la calidad de los alimentos deben ponerse en perspectiva. Si bien es cierto que la diversidad no es tan grande como en México o en la República Dominicana, los estadounidenses son milagros con problemas de suministro. La comida sigue siendo de buena calidad, preparada y servida con una sonrisa y amabilidad! - ¡La playa es hermosa! 50 palapas ... y sí, con personas que a menudo las usan desde las 8:00 para ocuparlas al mediodía. Félis, el encargado de la silla siempre nos acomodó bien. Es él quien correrá para traerle sus sillas y volverlas a poner por la noche. ¡Gracias Felis! - Bucear todos los días sin necesidad de pagar una excursión. Hermosos peces tropicales y barracuda en cada salida. Nadar entre miles de sardinas con continuas muestras de pelícanos alimentándose de ellas. - Préstamo de tenis con equipo en sitio. Si tiene la intención de jugar, traiga algunas pelotas y "cinta de agarre" es un producto poco común y el asistente lo apreciará, estoy seguro. Difícil hacer comentarios sobre las noches y los espectáculos ... fue un aperitivo con la puesta de sol en el bar ... la cena ... un gran paseo con recorrido por el complejo y dormir! En definitiva, el hotel perfecto para nosotros! ¡Pequeño, tranquilo y humano! Dimos una larga caminata en los 2 hoteles adyacentes y pudimos ver la diferencia, tanto en términos de instalaciones como de ocupación ... con el debido respeto, ¡nos encantó quedarnos en Angsana Cayo Santa Maria!

He quedado encantado con el Hotel Angsana Cayo Santa Maria. Definitivamente uno de los mejores que he visitado en el Cayo. Muy tranquilo, el personal es super atento, en especial Susel de gastronomía. Las habitaciones tienen un buen confort. Playas lindas y tranquilas. Cocteleria super. El hotel es pequeño y no hay que caminar mucho, eso es maravilloso. El único detalle que creo que debería mejorar la dirección del Hotel es el tema de los uniformes. RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL SI QUIERE RELAX.
